Stéphane Mifsud broke the world record in static apnea by remaining submerged for 10 minutes and 4 seconds in a swimming pool in La Crau Var (France). The exceptional athlete smashed the world record of 9 minutes and 8 seconds that was set by a German free diver on May 1st.
